Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Patient Satisfaction Survey.
We were very pleased with the results and thank you all for your kind comments.
Some of you did not know how to access After Hours Care, so we are going to make a more visible poster in the practice which will hopefully be more effective.
It will advise that After Hours Care is available by:
1. Calling an Ambulance by dialing 111 in an Emergency.
2. Going to White Cross at 121 Bank Street, phone 4701083
3. Going to the Accident and Emergency Department at Whangarei Hospital in Hospital Road, Maunu.
You also mentioned that it would be nice to have a WATER COOLER in the waiting room. We think this is a great idea and will be putting one in soon.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. Please remember these are always welcomed. Please feel free to use our Suggestion Box anytime.
We are pleased to advise that Patient Portal is now available at Rust Avenue Medical Centre.
